Structured Interviewing

Part of  the Management and Workplace Excellence Series.  This module can be taught as a standalone session or combined with other modules to meet your organization's needs.

¨       Learn and practice the three part structured interview process.
¨       Identify 5 key steps in preparing for an interview.
¨       Identify the steps in the rapport building process of the interview.
¨       Develop a structured interview guide.
¨       Understand what questions may lawfully be asked during a job interview.
¨       Identify two techniques for controlling an interview.
¨       Discuss the process for using contrary information and taking notes.
¨       Practice conducting an interview and receive feedback.
¨       Develop a candidate assessment matrix for selecting the best candidate.
